Uses directional and omni-directional microphones
Volume control for "loudness"
Tone control for "sharpness" or "clarity"
Handheld unit (earphones/speakers, etc. are plugged into the handheld) is simply pointed at the source of sound (or attached to the phone) and the amplified sound is sent through the handheld unit to the earphones/speakers, etc.
IR (infrared) module can be pointed at televisions with IR compatibility and used in movie theaters
the sound will come straight into the headphones
Operates on 2 AA batteries (200 hours)
Rechargeable batteries can be used (battery charger not included)
