4 Extensions |
Standard (2500 type DTMF) telephones may be used. Extension lines may also be connected to PBX lines or key system lines. Standard ringing (90V 20 Hz) and signaling is present in the system. |
Call Forwarding |
Calls may be forwarded to another internal station, any off premise station, or your mail box. |
Call Hold |
Calls may be placed on hold. The caller is connected to music if the user has provided a music source. |
Call Pickup |
Any ringing station may be answered from another station. |
Call Transfer |
Calls can be transferred from one station to another. Screened or un-screened transfer is standard. |
Caller ID |
Allows the user to identify the caller's phone number and name at each station.* |
Conference |
The system is capable of conferencing 3 parties (2 inside and 1 outside) or (2 outside and 1 inside). |
Door Bell |
Any station may be designated (programmed) as a door station. A separate hands free unit is available for the door station. Discriminated ringing for the door is also standard.* |
Door Port |
A door box (optional) may be connected to the DVO system via the designated station port. Hands free communication is provided. Pressing the Door Bell button will cause phones programmed to retrieve Door Box calls to ring. Picking up the handset on the ringing phone will make a connection to the door station.* |
Facsimile |
The system automatically detects the Fax tone and switches the call to the station designated as the fax.* |
Hold Recall |
Calls that are left on hold for a pre-programmed amount of time will re-call the station that placed the call on hold. |
Intercom Calls |
Station to station calling is available by dialing the "*" plus the extension numbers (10-13). Discriminated ringing for intercom is standard. |
Music on Hold |
The system has an input for music which may be connected to an external music source to provide "music on hold." |
Outgoing Call |
User may place an outgoing call from any extension. |
Paging |
The system can page (ring all phones). The first ringing phone that is answered will be connected to the caller. Calls may be transferred using this method. |
Personal/Caller ID |
Standard with call screening. Listen to the caller's voice before accepting the call. |
Virtual Calls |
Calls can be transferred to virtual stations (60-69) for holding extensions purposes. To retrieve the calls, simply go to any station and dial (Parking Orbits) the virtual station number. |
